Stephan thinks it might be an 80's "Memphis" update of a Midcentury Modern concept.
The more I look at it, the more I agree with him.
The yardage has the dubious distinction of being one of many purchases made at a vintage shop in Austin, TX.
My VW Eurovan's shift bushing broke in the shop's parking lot and it took a week to get it fixed.
Severo and I drove a rental to College Station (111 miles) to get the $2 replacement part.
This was the first of many replaced bushings. Why they made it out of plastic is a mystery.
